NHCC launches its new user guide video for its customer portal

We are proud to announce that we have published a new video explaining how to use the customer portal on our bespoke online customer care system, Reflex 360.

The video shows customers how to navigate the portal, track progress on their property case, get information on the works being done and communicate with the customer care team.
