New Homes Customer Care (NHCC) was first established as an entirely new business and brand, within the MA Group of companies, in September 2017. With the imminent arrival of a new home ombudsman there will be even more legislative pressure on new home builders, housing associations and build to rent specialists to respond to customer care and aftercare requirements in specified timescales or potentially face financial penalties.
